"There is a reason why companies like South African Breweries, Prominent Paints, Steelbank, Henkel SA and SASOL have made their industrial home in Alrode," concludes Atkinson. "It's an area with much to offer any industrial enterprise."

Wadeville is a heavy industrial area that boasts multiple properties with high tonnage cranes and big power supplies - at surprisingly affordable prices. Being part of Germiston, Wadeville offers easy access to the N3 and N17 highways, which makes it a convenient place to do business. There are various building types and styles to be found in the area, ensuring that there are industrial premises available to suit every company's needs.
