Overview
Noka Park is a Grade A logistics and industrial development being delivered within the Riverfields logistics precinct in Kempton Park. Developed through a partnership between Growthpoint Properties and Feenstra Group, the R700 million development spans approximately 105,000 m² and is planned to deliver more than 52,000 m² of high-performance industrial space across four warehouses. The development is strategically positioned near the R21 and approximately 3 km from OR Tambo International Airport, with facilities designed around high-volume warehousing, racking and fast-moving logistics operations. Construction is being delivered in phases, with the first warehouse scheduled for occupation from the fourth quarter of 2026.
