What does a 3Cube property broker do?
A 3Cube broker is a respected, licensed professional who provides valuable advice and assistance to clients in the often-complex process of buying, leasing, or selling commercial real estate. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to, canvassing & networking in your established area, conceptualising marketing strategies and listing properties for sale or for lease, evaluating the client’s desires and financial capabilities to make the best recommendations, and remaining knowledgeable about the market and best practices.
How much can I expect to earn?
If you are willing to learn and grow; are highly motivated; and are diligent, you can change your life and earn more than ever before. Our hands-on management team will assist you in achieving all your financial goals.
What can I expect from the first few months?
You will be learning new skills. You should expect that it will take time to become fully familiar with your new environment and develop a routine that works best for you. We have a great team to help you get started in the commercial real estate industry.
You must be prepared to grow. Growth is difficult, but ultimately fulfilling.
Does 3Cube provide training?
There is practical and theory-based training. We offer a complete career training path for our team. There is no cost for the introductory training and the additional education programs are free to our brokers.
Do I need a commercial real estate qualification?
Certification to trade as a registered commercial real estate broker is required, if you have this it is a bonus, but if you have not yet acquired the certification, we will set you on the right path to doing so.
Our team is committed to guiding and supporting all brokers within our group in obtaining this and higher levels of competency.
Does 3Cube offer salaried positions while going through the licensing process?
Generally, a career as a commercial real estate agent means you are an independent contractor who works on commission and is responsible for many of your own expenses. However, we offer a stipend for the first 6 months of your working journey.
